Many people have many needs, but the GREATEST need that all lost people have is to be saved!! In order to have this need met is to know that you are lost. (Separated from God)

You must understand that all have sinned:
Romans 3:23 "All have sinned and come short of the glory of God;

You must realize that sin is against God and must be punished
Romans6:23 "For the wages of sin is Death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Death meaning eternal seperation from God in a lake of fire.

You must believe that God punished His only begotten Son on the cross of Calvary and made a way of escape through Him.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, That whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

What must I do?

Hear the gospel concerning Jesus Christ, How He became our sacrifice by dying on the cross in the behalf of all that would believe on Him and how that He was buried and on the third day (72 hours later) He was raised from the grave for our justification, and that He now sits at the Fathers right hand making intercession for us and that in Him we have eternal life. We can never be lost again!
And that His blood cleanses us from all sin!! Past, present and future!!

John 5:24 "Verily, Verily, I say unto you, he that heareth My Word and believeth on Him that sent Me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life!!

With Godly sorrow repent, (change your mind about God and sin.)
2Cor. 7:10 "Godly sorrow worketh repentence unto salvation. Lest ye repent ye shall all likewise perish!!

Acts20:21 "Testifying both to the Jews and also to the Greeks, repentence and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
Call upon the Lord Jesus Christ:

Romans 10:9-13 "Call upon Him and confess Him!

Put your complete faith and trust in Jesus Christ today and be saved before it is everlasting to late.
2 Corinthians 6:2 "Now is the accepted time: Behold, NOW IS THE DAY OF SALVATION!

Jesus is coming again... Be ye therefore ready!!
