He's Mine


This time of the year we start our search
for someone who is true and kind.
They have got to be special in every way
it's a person we want to call our valentine.

We send little cards and draw big hearts
that special one we try to find.
One who will lift us from our despair
and move the clouds for the sun to shine.

 Many in this world, no doubt would qualify,
they would stand by you in your toughest time.
But let's pause for a moment just to let me say,
with a joyful heart I will tell you about mine.

He sits in the heavens at the right hand of God
never was there one so sweet and so kind.
He pours out His love that fills the whole world
Keep looking for yours, but I have found mine.
